Migration Assistant: Some files from "./dbfseventsd" could not be transferred

While trying to migrate full contents of external iMac booting to another external disk via USB, Migration Assistant reports error when finished:

Some files from "./dbfseventsd" could not be transferred.

Mac OS X 10.11.6 (15G1004) El Capitan.

Is that relevant?

How to fix it?
